What symbols does LevelEngine cover?

Can I cancel or change my plan at any time?
Yes, absolutely. You can cancel or downgrade at any time — no lock-in contracts, no cancellation fees. If you cancel a paid plan, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. Downgrading to Free happens immediately and your usage limits adjust accordingly. Upgrades take effect instantly.
What is the difference between D1, H4, and H1 levels?
D1 (Daily) levels are recalculated once per day and represent the big picture key zones — best for swing traders and position sizing. H4 (4-hour) levels give mid-term precision, popular with intraday swing traders who hold for several hours. H1 (Hourly) levels provide tight intraday zones for scalpers and day traders looking for precise entry and exit points within the session. Plus and Pro plans include all three timeframes.

How accurate are the trading levels?
Our internal backtesting and community feedback shows a ~94% level hit rate — meaning that price interacts with (touches or reacts at) our generated levels approximately 94% of the time during the trading session. However, touching a level is different from a guaranteed trade outcome. Always use proper risk management, stop-losses, and position sizing. The levels are a tool, not a guarantee.
When does the yearly billing save me money?
Choosing yearly billing saves you approximately 17% compared to monthly. Plus monthly is $19 → yearly is $190 (equivalent to ~$15.83/month, saving $38/year). Pro monthly is $29 → yearly is $290 (equivalent to ~$24.17/month, saving $58/year). The yearly discount is applied upfront as a single annual charge.
