LevelEngine.ai is a technical analysis and charting SaaS platform. We display computed price levels and market data. We do not provide investment advice, trading signals, or buy/sell recommendations. All trading decisions are yours alone.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using LevelEngine.ai ("Service", "Platform", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and paid subscribers.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using it, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Description of Service

LevelEngine.ai is a web-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that provides:

Technical analysis tools including computed support/resistance price levels displayed on live charts
An AI-powered market analysis assistant ("Copilot") for educational discussion of market structure and chart patterns
Live and historical market data for forex pairs, gold (XAUUSD), indices, and commodities via third-party feeds (TradingView Charting Library)
A community discussion board ("Trader Chat") for users to share market observations

What we do NOT provide: investment advice, brokerage services, trade execution, order routing, portfolio management, custody of user funds, or any activity requiring a SEBI license.

3. Not Investment Advice

Information on LevelEngine.ai is provided for informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or any other sort of advice. Price levels shown are computed from technical indicators — they are not predictions or recommendations.

You are solely responsible for evaluating any information before making trading or investment decisions. We strongly recommend consulting a SEBI-registered investment advisor before making trades. Trading involves substantial risk of loss. You may lose your entire capital.

4. Account Registration

To access features, you must create an account with a valid email address. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it current. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

One person may hold one active account. Multiple accounts, account sharing, or reselling of Service access is prohibited.

5. Free Trial and Subscription Plans

Free trial: New users receive a 7-day free trial with limited access. No payment is required to start the trial.

Pro subscription: Monthly recurring subscription at ₹2,499 (approximately US$29.99) per month. Billed monthly through Razorpay (INR) or NowPayments (crypto/USDT).

Subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account dashboard. Cancellation stops future billing; access continues until the end of the current paid period.

6. Payment

We accept payments through Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets) and NowPayments (cryptocurrency including USDT and BTC). By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the payment method on file for each billing cycle.

All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. If your payment method fails, we may suspend Pro access until payment is received.

7. Refund Policy

Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy. In summary:

7-day free trial — no charge, no refund needed
Full refund within 24 hours of first Pro subscription payment if requested via support
No partial refunds for mid-month cancellations

8. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from our tools
Automate scraping or bulk-downloading of level data or Copilot responses
Resell, redistribute, or republish Service content without written permission
Post spam, malicious content, or harassment in Trader Chat
Impersonate LevelEngine, staff, or other users
Circumvent rate limits or subscription tier restrictions
Use the Service to build or improve a competing product

Violation may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

9. Intellectual Property

All Service content — including the LevelEngine name, logo, computed level algorithms, Copilot system prompts, UI design, code, and documentation — is owned by LevelEngine.ai and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

Chart display technology is provided by TradingView under license (see attribution on the terminal page). Third-party libraries carry their own licenses.

10. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party providers including TradingView (charting), Razorpay (payments), NowPayments (crypto payments), Hostinger (hosting), and MT5 (market data feed). Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party service failures.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or bug-free
Computed levels or AI responses will be accurate, complete, or profitable
The Service will meet your specific trading needs
Third-party data feeds will be timely or without gaps

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LevelEngine.ai and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall NOT be liable for:

Any trading losses, missed opportunities, or financial damages resulting from use of the Service
Any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages
Errors in computed levels, delayed market data, or AI-generated content
Third-party service outages, hacks, or data breaches

Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

Trading disclaimer: Forex, gold, indices, and other financial instruments carry high risk. Past performance of any level or pattern is not indicative of future results. You accept full responsibility for all trading decisions.

13. Termination

You may terminate your account anytime from the dashboard. We may terminate or suspend your account without notice if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limitations, and dispute resolution survive termination.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with revised Terms, discontinue use.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
