1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using LevelEngine AI (the "Platform"), you confirm you are at least 18 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Educational Purpose Only

All content on LevelEngine AI — including trading levels, AI signals, market analysis, AI chat responses, heatmaps, and volatility indicators — is provided solely for educational and research purposes.

Nothing on this Platform constitutes:

• Financial advice or investment advice
• A recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument
• A solicitation for investment or trading activity
• Regulated financial services of any kind

3. Risk Disclosure

Trading and investing in financial markets involves significant risk of loss, including possible loss of all capital invested. Past performance of any level, signal or analysis does not guarantee future results. The ~94% "level hit rate" referenced in marketing materials refers only to price interaction with levels, not profitable trading outcomes.

4. No Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LevelEngine AI, its founders, employees and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any trading losses, financial losses or damages arising from use of the Platform
• Inaccuracy of data, levels, signals or AI responses
• Platform downtime, data delays or technical errors
• Decisions made based on Platform content

5. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
• You must not share your account with others
• You must not use the Platform to scrape, harvest or extract data at scale
• One account per person — duplicate accounts may be terminated
• You must not attempt to circumvent daily usage limits

6. Subscriptions & Payments

Free plan: Available without payment. 5 AI questions and 5 symbol searches per day.

Plus / Pro plans: Monthly or annual billing. Payments processed securely via Razorpay. Prices in USD. You may cancel at any time — access continues until the end of the billing period.

Refunds: We offer a 7-day refund on first-time paid plan subscriptions if requested via email. No refunds on renewals. Admin-granted plan changes are non-refundable.

Daily limits reset at midnight UTC regardless of subscription.

7. Intellectual Property

All algorithms, level-generation methodology, design, content and code on LevelEngine AI are proprietary. You may not:

• Reverse-engineer or replicate the level generation algorithm
• Resell, redistribute or sublicense Platform content
• Use the Platform to build a competing service
• Remove copyright or attribution notices

8. Prohibited Use

• Automated scraping or bulk data extraction
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent limits
• Sharing account credentials commercially
• Using the Platform for any illegal purpose
• Attempting to access admin or other users' data

Violation may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will notify registered users via email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting legal@levelengine.ai.
