This Privacy Policy explains how LevelEngine.ai ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website and services.

Account information (you provide)

- Username / display name
- Password (stored as a one-way hash, never in plain text)
- Country / timezone (optional, for chart display)
Payment information (via processors, not stored by us)
- Razorpay handles cards, UPI, netbanking. We store only the transaction ID + subscription status. We never see your card number, CVV, or bank credentials.
- NowPayments handles cryptocurrency. We store only the transaction hash + subscription status. We never see your wallet private keys.
Usage data (collected automatically)
- IP address (for security, geolocation, fraud detection)
- Browser type, device type, operating system
- Pages visited, features used, timestamps
- Symbols searched, Copilot chat prompts (for improving the AI)
- Referrer URL (how you found us)
Cookies
- Session cookies — keep you logged in (essential)
- Preference cookies — remember your chart symbol, timeframe, theme
- Analytics cookies — anonymous usage statistics (optional; you can decline in the cookie banner)
3. How We Use Your Information
- Provide and maintain the Service (charts, levels, Copilot chat)
- Process payments and manage your subscription
- Send transactional emails (login alerts, receipt, subscription reminders)
- Improve product quality via aggregate analytics
- Prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access
- Comply with legal obligations (tax, court orders, regulatory requests)
- With your consent: marketing emails about new features or offers (you can unsubscribe anytime)
4. Third-Party Services
The Service relies on the following third-party processors. We share the minimum data required for each to function.

Each provider has its own privacy policy. We do not sell your data to advertisers.
5. Data Retention
- Active accounts — kept as long as you use the Service
- Inactive accounts (no login for 24 months) — anonymized or deleted
- Payment records — kept 7 years (Indian tax law requirement)
- Server logs — 90 days rolling
- Chat history in Copilot / Trader Chat — kept until you delete it
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
- Correct — update inaccurate information
- Delete — request account and data deletion (some records retained for tax/legal compliance)
- Export — download your data in a machine-readable format
- Withdraw consent — unsubscribe from marketing anytime
- Object — to certain uses of your data

7. Data Security
- All traffic between your browser and our servers is encrypted with HTTPS (TLS 1.2+)
- Passwords are hashed with modern algorithms (bcrypt / Argon2)
- API keys and secrets are stored outside the web root
- Payment credentials never touch our servers — handled entirely by Razorpay / NowPayments
- Access to production data is limited to essential administrators
- We use rate limiting, CAPTCHA, and monitoring to prevent brute-force attacks
No system is 100% secure. In case of a breach, we will notify affected users within 72 hours and take remedial action.
8. Children's Privacy
LevelEngine.ai is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has created an account, please email us and we will delete it.
9. International Users
The Service is hosted in India. If you access it from outside India, your data will be transferred to and processed in India. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer. We apply the same protections regardless of where the data is processed.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy. Material changes will be notified via email or a banner on the site. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the most recent revision. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
