We do not provide financial advice, do not execute trades, do not manage customer funds, and do not guarantee any outcome. Trading financial instruments carries a substantial risk of loss. You may lose all of the money you deposit with your broker — and sometimes more.
1. What LevelEngine Is
LevelEngine is a software subscription (SaaS) that provides:
- Market data visualization and interactive charts
- Algorithmically-generated support and resistance levels
- Daily buy/sell level analysis for 100+ symbols
- An AI chat assistant ("Copilot") for discussing chart setups and risk concepts
- Educational content about trading analysis techniques
2. What LevelEngine Is Not
LevelEngine is not:
- A broker, dealer, exchange, or market maker
- A registered investment advisor (RIA), investment manager, or portfolio manager
- A copy-trading or social-trading platform
- A regulated financial services firm
- A provider of personalized investment advice tailored to your financial situation
- A guarantor or warrantor of profits or trading outcomes
3. No Financial Advice
Nothing on LevelEngine — including charts, levels, Copilot responses, blog articles, or community posts — constitutes financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, or legal advice.
Our content is general in nature and does not take into account your personal financial circumstances, investment objectives, risk tolerance, or trading experience. Before acting on any information from LevelEngine, you should consult with a licensed financial advisor in your jurisdiction.
4. Trading Involves Substantial Risk
Risk warning for leveraged markets: Trading foreign exchange (forex), contracts for difference (CFDs), cryptocurrencies, and other leveraged financial instruments carries a high level of risk. The high degree of leverage can work against you as well as for you.
Specifically:
- You may lose more than your initial deposit. With leveraged products, losses can exceed deposits.
- Past performance does not predict future results. Any historical level accuracy or signal performance shown on LevelEngine is purely illustrative and is not a reliable indicator of future performance.
- Cryptocurrency is highly volatile. Cryptocurrency markets can move 20%+ in a single day. Many cryptocurrencies have gone to zero.
- Market gaps happen. Stop-loss orders are not guaranteed to execute at your requested price.
- Brokers can fail. Choose a regulated broker; funds held with unregulated or offshore brokers may not be recoverable.
5. You Trade at Your Own Risk
Any decision to open, hold, or close a trade based on information from LevelEngine is your own decision. You trade through your own broker account, in your own name, using your own funds.
LevelEngine does not:
- Hold, custody, or have access to your trading capital
- Place, modify, or close trades on your behalf
- Guarantee the accuracy of levels, signals, or analysis
- Reimburse losses incurred while using the platform
6. Educational Purpose Only
LevelEngine's content, chart analysis, levels, Copilot explanations, and community discussions are provided for educational and informational purposes only. They are intended to help you understand how markets work and how traders analyze charts — not to tell you when or what to trade.
7. Suitability
Trading is not suitable for all investors. Before using LevelEngine or trading any financial instrument, consider whether you:
- Can afford to lose the money you intend to risk
- Understand how leverage, margin, and stop-loss orders work
- Have adequate experience with the instrument you plan to trade
- Have consulted an independent, licensed advisor if unsure
If you cannot answer "yes" to all of the above, you should not trade. Consider demo accounts and paper trading until you can.
8. Third-Party Content
Market data, news feeds, broker links, and TradingView widgets on LevelEngine come from third-party providers. We do not independently verify third-party content and are not responsible for its accuracy, completeness, or timeliness.
9. Technology Limitations
LevelEngine software may experience outages, delays, data errors, or interruptions. Levels, charts, and prices shown may be stale or inaccurate during such events. Do not rely on LevelEngine as a sole decision tool, and always verify prices with your broker before trading.
10. Regulatory Status
LevelEngine is a software product. It is not licensed or regulated by the FCA (UK), SEC or FINRA (US), SEBI (India), ASIC (Australia), ESMA (EU), CySEC, or any other financial regulator. We do not solicit investment, hold client funds, or offer brokerage services.
11. Jurisdictional Restrictions
Some products discussed on LevelEngine (e.g. leveraged forex, cryptocurrency derivatives) are restricted or prohibited for retail traders in certain jurisdictions. You are responsible for complying with the laws and regulations of your country of residence.

By using LevelEngine, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Risk Disclosure in full, that you understand the risks of trading, and that you accept full responsibility for your trading decisions.
